OTUT / ABOUT
A place for
ideas in motion.
OTUT is an international platform for developing artistic and cultural projects — from the first impulse to a form that can meet the world.
Creation first.
Infrastructure follows.
We enter a process when there is a strong impulse, but no clear form, structure or route yet. Together we identify the core, bring the right people and resources into relation, and build a path that belongs to the idea itself.

Anastasiia
Semenchenko
Anastasiia is a cultural producer and project architect. Her practice connects live artistic processes with analytical systems thinking — across performance, music and youth projects, lighting, international development, science and social collaboration.
OTUT grows from that meeting point: rigorous enough to carry complexity, open enough to let something unexpected emerge.
