OTUT services — from idea to realisation
Have a cultural idea? Let’s bring it to life.
A performance, workshop, community event or international collaboration needs practical steps: a clear proposal, partners, a budget and coordination.
OTUT helps artists, creative teams and organisers
- Shape an idea into a project: define its purpose, audience, format and work plan.
- Find relevant opportunities: festivals, residencies, open calls and potential partners.
- Prepare materials: presentations, partnership proposals, applications and budgets.
- Coordinate collaboration: partner communication, agreeing terms and preparing events.
You can bring us a specific task or discuss support for a whole project. We agree the scope, timeline and fee before work begins.
